Position Details

  • Location: Based in Holland, Michigan, serving the West Michigan area.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with on-call availability for emergency service calls nights and weekends. 

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: $20 - $35 per hour, based on experience.

  • Benefits:

    • Workman’s compensation.

    • Up to 2 weeks of vacation, 2 sick days, and 6 federal holidays off annually.

    • Up to $500 reimbursement for tools.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.

  • Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide professional service.

  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

  • Be available for on-call emergency service as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience.

  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
