Rogelio Meza

Founding member and co-owner! Rogelio Meza! Rogelio and Cody met working in the HVAC industry, and for years had planned to build their business together. Rogelio was born and raised in Southern California, where he served in the United States Marine Corps and deployed on multiple combat tours. Rogelio met his wife Bethany while serving in 2006; and moved to West Michigan in 2014. The couple shares six children, who keep their lives entertaining! Rogelio enjoys coaching his daughters Club soccer teams. He enjoys sparking up the grill for family and friends, and attending live music and sporting events. Cody Crossman

Founding member and co-owner! Cody has surpassed 20 years of HVAC experience, covering all facets of the heating and cooling industry. From service and installation to sales, he’s got it down. Cody was born and raised in West Michigan and has been married to his lovely wife Ashley for 13 years. Together they enjoy CrossFit, movies, and spending time with their Labrador, Eko.
